A woman found shot to death in her home in Orangeburg County, was laid to rest today.
On Thanksgiving Day, the body of Crystal Jumper was found at her Orangeburg home., but her 5-year-old daughter Aspen Jeter was missing. Halloween Party

Weeks later, Aspen was found with her father, Antar Jeter in Virginia.
Antar Jeter was arrested in connection with Crystal’s death, and Aspen has been returned home to her family.
Today, family and friends gathered to mourn the loss of Crystal and celebrate Aspen's return home.
Close friends and family gathered at Thompsons Funeral Home in Orangeburg Saturday to remember the life of Crystal Jumper.
Family and friends were overwhelmed with emotion.
Crystal's brother, Pauley Jumper was so thankful for the love from community members.
\"It makes me feel good. She was loved by many,\" said Pauley Jumper, Crystal's brother.
Those people who loved her, kept her memory alive and recalled some of their favorite things about her.
Although they lost crystal, family members are thankful they still have her disabled 5-year-old daughter Aspen. Now, they're figuring out the best way to care for her.
\"Some children can't talk or walk like she is. But when you look at her in her eyes, you can see and understand a lot of things,\" said Aura Berardo, family friend.
Pauley Jumper says Aspen now stays with his son and his family. He says that at times, it's a challenge.
\"It's life-changing for them. She needs 24-hour care, so it's a challenge. But we're going to win it,\" said Pauley Jumper.

Round Shape The family said Aspen wasn't able to be at the funeral because she is currently in a Columbia hospital recovering from a minor medical condition.
